FAQ

Find quick answers to common questions about product selection, quotations, orders, export arrangements and after-sales support. If you are not sure which model or shipping term you need, send us what you know and we’ll help with the next step.

Product Selection

Which type of material handling equipment should I choose?

It depends on how you plan to move and lift the load. Manual pallet trucks are suitable for basic horizontal pallet movement, while electric pallet trucks are better suited to powered travel and more frequent handling. If you need to raise pallets to storage or working height, an electric stacker may be more appropriate. Tell us about your application and we can help narrow down the options.

What information should I provide for product selection?

Start with the load weight, pallet or load dimensions, and how the equipment will be used. For stacking applications, please also provide the required lifting height, load at maximum height, load center, fork requirements and available aisle space where possible. Daily operating time and travel distance can also help us understand the application.

Do I need to know the exact model before asking for a quotation?

No. If you are not sure which model fits your application, send us the information you already have. We can first review the basic working conditions and then discuss a suitable product and configuration with you.

Is rated capacity alone enough to select a stacker?

Not always. A stacker’s suitability can also depend on lifting height, load center, pallet dimensions, fork configuration and operating space. For loads handled at higher lifting heights, the actual load requirement at that height should be confirmed before the configuration is finalized.

Quotation & Ordering

How can I request a quotation?

You can send us your product requirements through the Get a Quote page. If you already know the model, please include the model and quantity. If you are still selecting a product, send us the basic application details and we can review them with you first.

What information helps you prepare an accurate quotation?

Useful information includes the product or application, required quantity, load and operating conditions, destination country or port, and any special configuration or documentation requirements. The exact information needed may vary depending on the product.

Why might you ask for additional details before confirming a quotation?

Some configurations depend on the actual working conditions. For example, lifting height, load at height, load center, fork requirements or operating space can affect stacker selection. Confirming these details helps avoid quoting a configuration that does not match the application.

Do I need to know the shipping term before requesting a quotation?

No. If you already have a preferred shipping term or a nominated forwarder, include that information. If not, simply tell us the destination and what you already know. We can discuss the shipping arrangement with you before the quotation or order is finalized.

Shipping & Export

Can you help coordinate the export shipment?

Yes. We coordinate the seller-side export steps with the forwarder, including shipment requirements, final packing and cargo data, cargo handover, commercial information and available shipment updates. The exact scope is confirmed according to the quotation and agreed shipping arrangement.

Can you work with my nominated freight forwarder?

Yes. If you nominate a forwarder, send us their China-side contact details and any pickup, warehouse, booking or document instructions they provide. We can coordinate the required cargo information, handover and seller-side documents with them according to the order.

What export or shipping documents can you provide?

We prepare seller-side commercial documents such as the Commercial Invoice and Packing List where applicable, and provide the packing and cargo information required for shipment coordination. Booking, customs declaration, transport documents, certificates and other third-party documents may involve the forwarder, customs broker, carrier or relevant issuing authority, so the final document list and responsibilities are confirmed for each order.

Are freight, insurance, import duties and destination delivery included in the quotation?

Not automatically. These responsibilities depend on the agreed shipping term, named place or port, and the specific quotation or order. Main freight, insurance where applicable, import clearance, duties and taxes, unloading, and final delivery are confirmed for each order.

Warranty & After-sales

What is the standard warranty period?

Our standard warranty is 12 months from the ex-factory date. For powered models with operating-hour records, the warranty is also limited to 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The applicable warranty terms are confirmed in the quotation or order documents.

What should I send if I need after-sales support?

Send the machine model, a brief description of the issue, and any photos or video you already have. An order reference, nameplate or serial number, fault code, and battery or charger information may also help where relevant. You do not need to have everything ready before contacting us.

Are all parts and failures covered by warranty?

No. Warranty support is confirmed after technical review of the reported issue. Manufacturing-related failures may be supported according to the applicable warranty terms, while normal wear, misuse, overload, unauthorized modification or disassembly, improper maintenance, and similar non-manufacturing causes are normally excluded.

Who pays the freight or local repair cost for warranty support?

Approved warranty parts can be supplied after technical review. International outbound freight is normally borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing, and local on-site labor is not included by default. Any different arrangement should be confirmed for the specific order.
