Last updated: September 17, 2026

PONJEO respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit our website or contact us through our inquiry forms, how that information is used, and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through our website, we may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp or phone number, if provided
  • Country or region, if provided
  • Product requirements, application details, or other information included in your message
  • Requested quantity, if provided
  • Photos, specifications, drawings, or other files that you choose to upload

Our website may also process certain technical information associated with a form submission, such as:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of submission
  • Form and submission identifiers
  • Technical information needed to process and protect the submission

The inquiry form system may also maintain basic internal statistics such as form and page view counts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information submitted through the website primarily to:

  • Respond to product and quotation inquiries
  • Understand your equipment requirements
  • Prepare product recommendations or quotations
  • Communicate about shipping, export coordination, technical questions, warranty, or after-sales matters
  • Review files or specifications that you provide
  • Maintain business inquiry and communication records
  • Protect the website and investigate technical or security issues when necessary

We do not currently use website inquiry information for automated advertising profiling.

3. Inquiry Forms and Uploaded Files

Our inquiry forms are currently powered by Forminator.

Information submitted through the form may be stored in our WordPress website database.

If you upload a photo, drawing, specification, or other file, the file may also be stored on the website server and may be included with the inquiry notification sent to the relevant PONJEO contact.

Uploaded files should not contain information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

4. Email Communications

When an inquiry is submitted, the website may generate an email notification to the PONJEO contact responsible for handling inquiries.

The email may contain the information you submitted and, where applicable, files you uploaded.

The email address that you provide may be used as the reply address so that we can respond directly to your inquiry.

The email delivery provider and hosting infrastructure may change over time. This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to those services.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry records and associated technical information are currently retained in the website system unless they are manually deleted or removed as part of website administration.

Uploaded files associated with a stored inquiry may also remain on the server until the related record or file is deleted.

We may revise our retention practices as our hosting arrangements and business processes change.

6. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

At the time of this Privacy Policy, the website does not intentionally use:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta / Facebook Pixel
  • Hotjar
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • Third-party advertising tracking tools

We also do not currently use external Google Maps, YouTube/Vimeo embeds, live chat services, or external CAPTCHA services on the public inquiry form.

If these services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy should be updated accordingly.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website does not currently operate a marketing or analytics cookie consent system because no advertising or analytics tracking tools are currently active.

WordPress and its plugins may still use technical mechanisms necessary for site administration, security, sessions, form operation, or similar website functions.

If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, our cookie and consent practices will be reviewed and updated.

8. Third-Party Services

The current public website is designed to minimize unnecessary third-party tracking.

Some technical services used for hosting, email delivery, backups, content delivery, security, or website operation may be provided by third parties where needed.

Those providers may process limited information where necessary to provide their services. This Privacy Policy should be reviewed when our hosting, email, CDN, backup, or related technical services change.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through the website.

However, no internet transmission, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

10. Your Information

If you have submitted information through our website and would like to ask about, correct, or request deletion of that information, you may contact us using the contact details provided on this website.

We may need to verify the request before making changes to stored records.

11. International Inquiries

PONJEO serves business inquiries from different countries and regions.

Depending on where you are located and where our website, email, hosting, or service providers operate, information may be processed or stored in a country different from your own.

Our hosting, email, and other technical service providers may change over time, and this section may be updated to reflect those changes.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website functionality, service providers, data handling practices, or business processes change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.
